Privacy policy

This policy explains what data we collect when you join the CobrAlquiler waitlist, what we use it for, and the rights you have over it. It is drafted under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPD-GDD).

1. Data controller

CobrAlquiler ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@cobralquiler.com. The fiscal identification of the controlling entity will be published before the commercial launch.

2. Data we collect

During this pre-launch phase we only collect your email address, the signup date, and the browser locale. We do not ask for your name, tax ID, bank details, or any other personal data until we open the platform.

3. Purposes

We use your email to: · Notify you when we open CobrAlquiler. · Send occasional launch-related updates (no third-party marketing). · Apply the waitlist benefits (3 months free at launch, price locked for life).

4. Legal basis

We process your data under your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

5. Data processors

To provide the service we share strictly necessary data with: · Resend Inc. (USA) — email provider. Data shared: email address. Safeguards: EU Standard Contractual Clauses. · Vercel Inc. (USA) — web hosting. Data shared: technical browsing logs. Safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses. · Neon Inc. (USA) — database. Safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses. · Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry, USA) — error and performance monitoring. Data shared: technical error logs, user identifiers and execution traces. IP and sensitive data are not transmitted. Data hosted in the EU region (Frankfurt). Safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses. · PostHog Inc. (PostHog, USA) — product analytics and session replay inside the authenticated dashboard. Data shared: usage events, user identifiers and recordings with all fields masked. IP is not transmitted and no GeoIP enrichment is performed. Data hosted in the EU region (Frankfurt). Safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not share your data with any other third party or use it to build commercial profiles.

6. Retention period

We keep your email on the waitlist until you withdraw consent (one click in the unsubscribe link in any email) or until 18 months of inactivity, whichever comes first. After unsubscribing we delete your email irreversibly.

7. Your rights

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability at any time by writing to hello@cobralquiler.com. If you believe we have not addressed your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
