Terms and conditions

Last updated: 12 May 2026

These terms govern the use of the CobrAlquiler website and the pre-launch waitlist. By signing up you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't submit the form.

1. Acceptance

By joining the waitlist you confirm you have read and accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you are acting on behalf of an entity, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Service

CobrAlquiler does not currently provide a commercial service. The website exists to inform about the product and collect emails of people interested in the launch. The full service (SEPA collection, receipts, tax export, etc.) will be available after launch and will be governed by specific terms of service that you will accept when creating an account.

3. Waitlist

By joining the waitlist you secure the following benefits, valid at service launch: · 3 months free starting from the activation of your first property. · €9 per property per month price locked for life (will not be affected by future price increases applied to public pricing). · Early access before the public opening. Benefits apply to the first account created with the email used to join the waitlist. They are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. If you cancel your subscription and re-subscribe later, benefits remain valid unless the service is discontinued for reasons outside our control.

4. Intellectual property

All texts, graphics, logos, code, and designs on the website are owned by CobrAlquiler or its licensors and protected under Spanish and European intellectual property law. Reproduction without prior written authorisation is not permitted.

5. No warranty during pre-launch

The website is offered "as is" during pre-launch. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or that the information published about pricing and features will remain unchanged until launch. We will communicate any material change by email.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities arising from the use of the website or inclusion in the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute both parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile when acting as such.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects you materially we will notify you by email at the address you used to sign up. If you don't agree, you can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Contact
